Description
Abstract: Real-time analysis of real-world data to understand the dynamics of complex systems on short time scales is a crucial contribution of applied informatics in a learning health system. Dynamic sensing of workplace conditions and presentation of real-time insight to support proactive response to periods of high pressure is a critical priority in patient safety and clinician wellbeing.
Describe the new knowledge and additional skills the participant will gain after attending your presentation.: Participants will be able to define the term resilience in relationship to work systems, and will be able to articulate the value of real-time analytics in supporting patient safety and clinician wellbeing.
