Abstract: The use of Robotic Process Automation in healthcare has been predominately directed at automating billing practices. Robotic Process Automation can be applied to standardize the orders, diagnoses and discreet documentation forty-eight hours ahead of a patient’s office visit to reduce the burden of the clinical care team. The implementation of Robotic Process Automation at bedside has resulted in an increase in providers addressing preventative care gap opportunities during office visits.
