Abstract: Our hospital has adopted a secure messaging platform and organized groups of individuals into “channels” that can be readily contacted and maintained by various hospital services. As evidenced in our transition from pagers, group paging contacts can become unwieldy over time and a modular format with modern technology can help resolve this dilemma.

Describe the new knowledge and additional skills the participant will gain after attending your presentation.: Attendees will understand the benefits and setup of an easily sustainable communication system. This model can be replicated in other institutions using secure messaging platforms.
